Delivery terms

DELIVERY BY POSTNL & BPOST

An Irrational Element ships all packages using standard PostNL services, we also offer the option for FedEx shipping services per request. All orders will be shipped in accordance to the delivery policies below:

- After an order is processed, the package(s) are usually shipped within 5 business days unless stated otherwise.

DELIVERY TIME (EU STUDIO)

- Orders within BeNeLux usually take 1-4 working days to be delivered.

- Orders within the EU usually take 3 - 10 working days to be delivered.

- Orders outside the EU usually take 4 - 20 working days to be delivered

SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS

- All standard orders are free of shipping costs and are shipped with PostNL and on occasion with UPS or FedEx. If you have any shipment requests please reach out to info@an-irrational-element.com. Shipping courier may vary.

- Orders with a total lower than €150 are subject to being shipped without tracking code. Would you like to have your order shipped with track & trace? Please reach out to info@an-irrational-element.com to inquire about this process. An Irrational Element will keep prove of shipment on all orders. An Irrational Element takes no responsibility for packages that are lost or not delivered.

- Any import or product related taxes are deemed to be paid by the customer, in no case does An Irrational Element cover these costs. This is also the case for items that are returned, customer obliged to pay return import costs.

- Returns due to not paying for import charges or denying the parcel by customer are not eligible for refunds. Customer can pay for shipping costs to have the order re-sent or item(s) will be placed back in An Irrational Element stock.

- Misuse of our free shipping arrangement by for example (but not exclusively) not collecting or denying your placed order will not result in a refund from An Irrational Element. Any order that is sent back will be kept for 14 days for re-shipment, in this period we will contact the buyer as they will be charged for shipping costs. If there is no response An Irrational Element will put this item back in stock and is reclaimed as its own.

- An Irrational Element is not liable for loss or damage caused during transit and / or delivery of goods.

DELAYED DELIVERY

If a delivery is delayed you will be contacted as soon as possible.

PRE-ORDERS: Have you placed a pre-order? You can find shipping date at product description and on your order confirmation. In case one of the articles can be shipped later than the rest, we will try to ship the rest first. An Irrational Element will always contact you first and then decide if the package should be send right away or when all the articles are on stock.

CANCELLATION

An Irrational Element that once an order has been placed there is no possibility of cancellation of this purchase and An Irrational Element will continue to process the order.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGE

If the consumer, for whatever reason, does not wish to retain the article, the consumer has the right to return the article to An Irrational Element within 7 working days after taking delivery of the article. The consumer must first inform An Irrational Element in writing via email of their intention, and must follow all further return conditions and instructions stipulated by An Irrational Element. This guarantee does not comply if the article has been used, damaged and / or washed, or if the consumer has attempted to mend or alter the article in any way. Returned articles will only be accepted if it is sent in the original, undamaged wrapping and the labels are still attached to the merchandise. Furthermore, the shipping costs of the returned merchandise will be entirely paid by the consumer. Under no circumstances will An Irrational Element reimburse the shipping costs of returned merchandise. If the return instructions have been followed accurately, An Irrational Element will reimburse the consumer for the returned article(s) within 14 days after receiving it. The fee that An Irrational Element covers with transactions will also be deducted form refunded amount, this fee includes (but is not limited to) initial shipping fee and payment fee that An Irrational Element pays for transactions.
